- Badam/Almond - 1/4 cup
- Cashew - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 4 cup
- Saffron - few
Soak almond and cashew for 1 hr. Remove almond skin and grind to fine paste
Mix almond paste with sugar, saffron, 1 cup milk and microwave for 5 mins.
Stir every one min while cooking in microwave. Allow it to cool and refrigerate
the mix for later use.
When needed add mix with 3 cups milk and serve (1:3 ratio)
Tip: Soak saffron in warm milk and stir for color and flavor
