Chaat Chutney/ dip, colorful mint chutney and sweet tamarind chutney which is served with Indian snacks as a dip or used as sauce in Indian Chaat. Green chutney is spicy and brown chutney is sweet and tangy.

- Green chilly -2
- Cilantro - 1 cup
- Mint - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - pinch
- Lime jucie - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Tamarind paste - 4 tbsp
- Dates - 4
- Raisins -6
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger powder - 1/4 tsp
- Black salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
Green Chutney:
- Grind all ingredients listed under green chutney to fine paste, do not add any water
- Stays good for 3 days if refrigerated in air tight container
- Grind tamarind paste, seedless dates and raisins to fine paste
- Add cumin powder, red chilly powder, pepper powder and ginger powder
- Add sugar, black salt and mix well
- Stays good for 10 days if refrigerated in air tight container
