Lemon Ginger Asparagus, quick and easy stir-fry Asparagus ready in minutes, can be served as starter or side dish.

Ingredients:
- Asparagus - 12
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 2 inch piece
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Melted Butter / Ghee - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper power - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Snap and discard bottom hard portion of Asparagus
- In medium heat add oil and fry cumin seeds
- Add finely chopped ginger, lemon juice, salt and cook for a min
- Now add Asparagus and fry for 5 minutes by stirring it constantly
- Do not overcook it should be tender and little crunchy
- Add pepper powder and mix well
- Switch off stove and drizzle melted butter /ghee for flavor
- Serve immediately while its hot
