Lemon Ginger Asparagus


Lemon Ginger Asparagus, quick and easy stir-fry Asparagus ready in minutes, can be served as starter or side dish.


Serves : 2

Ingredients:
  • Asparagus - 12
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger - 2 inch piece
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Melted Butter / Ghee - 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper power - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
Method:
  1. Snap and discard bottom hard portion of Asparagus 
  2. In medium heat add oil and fry cumin seeds 
  3. Add finely chopped ginger, lemon juice, salt and cook for a min
  4. Now add Asparagus and fry for 5 minutes by stirring it constantly
  5. Do not overcook it should be tender and little crunchy 
  6. Add pepper powder and mix well
  7. Switch off stove and drizzle melted butter /ghee for flavor
  8. Serve immediately while its hot
