Cantaloupe Milkshake


Cantaloupe Milk Shake is quick, easy and refreshing drink for anytime 
of the day and good source of antioxidant.


Ingredients:
  • Cantaloupe - 2 cups
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
Method:

Blend cantaloupe and sugar first, then add milk and blend again.

  1. I suggest using frozen cubes of fresh canteloupe. Will make it colder and more like a shake
