- Brinjal/Kathrikai - 3
- Cilantro/Kothamali - 2 cup
- Coconut -1 cup
- Tamarind - small piece (blueberry size)
- Green chilly -2
- Urad dhal - 1 tsp
- Hing - pinch
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt
Heat a pan,add oil, urad dhal, green chilly, hing, brinjal and allow it to
fry till the skin shrinks.Add cilantro and fry for a min,add grated coconut
switch of the stove and allow it to cool. Grind fried ingredients with
tamarind and salt to a fine paste. Can be served with rice, idly or dosa.
