Ingredients:
- Idly - 8
- Onion - 1
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 strand
- Asafotieda - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Dry Curd chilly - 4 (optional)
- Podi / Chutney powder - 1 tbsp
- Cilantro - handful
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Cut Idly into small cubes and keep it aside
- Heat pan, add oil and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, pepper, curry leaves and dry curd chilly
- Add turmeric powder, asafoetida, onion, salt and fry till onion changes color
- Add chutney powder and toss cubed idly pieces
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and server hot
