Yummy and traditional Indian dessert, which is used as remedy for cold in some parts of India.
- Besan/Gram flour - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Sliced almonds - 1 tbsp
Heat pan with 1/4 cup ghee and fry besan flour till nice aroma comes.
Make sure there are no lumps formed. Add powdered sugar, milk,
remaining ghee and stir constantly till it curls and does not stick to
pan. Add powdered cardamom and switch off stove. Garnish with
sliced almonds and serve hot.
