Ingredients:
- Fresh green peas/mutter - 2 cups
- Fenugreek/Methi leafs - 1 bunch
- Evaporated milk - 1 can
- Yogurt/Curd - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilly - 2
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Amchoor[Dry Mango] powder - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Oil
- Salt
- Wash fenugreek leafs, chop it finely, sprinkle salt and setaside for 30 mins and then squeeze out water to reduce its bitterness
- Heat pan, add oil, cumin seeds, slit green chilly, chopped ginger, onion and cook till onion is translucent
- Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala and cook till oil seperates
- Add boiled peas, chopped fenugreek leaves with little water and cook for few mins
- Add beaten yogurt, sugar and amchoor powder and cook for a min
- Add evaporated milk, bring to a boil and switch off stove
- Serve hot with roti or paratha
