- Sprouted Moong Dhal - 1/4 cup
- Sprouted Green Lentil - 1/4 cup
- Cucumber Seedless - 1
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Tomato - 1
- Red Onion - 1/2
- Cilantro - Handful
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Lime - 1/2
- Sugar - pinch
- Salt
Cook Sprouted Moong Dhal and Green Lentils
Finely chop onion,tomato,garlic, cucumber and cilantro
Mix all ingredients, squeeze lime and add pinch of sugar
Add pepper powder,olive oil and salt to taste
