- Quinoa - 1/2 cup
- Bean and Barley mix - 1/2 cup
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Green chilly - 2
- Carrot - 1
- French beans - 10
- White onion - 1
- Pepper powder- 1 tsp
- Lime -1
- Cilantro - handful
- Salt
In pressure pan, add quinoa, bean and barley mix, minced ginger,
minced garlic, finely cut onion, carrot, french beans , 4 cups water
and pressure cook for 1 whistle. When pressure is released open pan,
add chopped cilantro, squeeze lime. Add pepper powder and salt to taste
