Dhokla and Corriander Chutney

Ingredients:

Dhokla:
  • Instant Khaman Dhokla mix - 2 cup
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Hing/Asafoetida - 1 tsp
  • Grated coconut - 1 tsp
  • Cilantro - handful
Chutney:
  • Cilantro - 2 cup
  • Cumin - 1/4 tsp     
  • Green chilly - 2      
  • Sugar - pinch      
  • Lime - 1     
  • Salt

Method:





Dhokla:
Add water and oil to Dhokla mix as per packet instructions. Grease
dhokla plates with oil and pour dhokla mix, steam cook for 15 mins.
Remove dhokla from the plates, heat oil, add mustard seeds and Asafoetida,
pour it over dhokla and add freshly grated coconut and cilantro on top.

Chutney:
Grind Cilantro, cumin, green chilly, sugar, salt and lime juice. Add water if
required while grinding.
