Pottukadalai Urundai


Ingredients:
  • Pottukdalai/Roasted Gram - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom/Elachi - 2
  • Broken Cashew - 1/4 cup

Method:

Powder pottukadalai, sugar and cardamom using mixie/blender.
Heat ghee and roast cashew. In a plate add 1 tbsp of pottukadalai
powder, 2 tsp of ghee, 1 or 2 roasted cashew and gently press to
make lemon size balls. Repeat it for remaining powder.
