- Wheat flour - 2 cups
- Mint leaves - handful
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Salt
Mix wheat flour with water, salt and knead it to a smooth dough
and set aside for 1 hr. Make the dough into small balls.Chop mint
and keep it aside.Roll the dough such that it is very thin, apply
1/4 tsp ghee, few chopped mint leaves and sprinkle pinch of garam
masala. Fold it like a paper fan, and stretch it. Roll it from one end
and seal the other end. Dust with flour and roll it to 6 inch diameter.
Repeat it for remaining wheat balls. Heat flat pan or tawa and cook
the paratha for a min, flip it and cook other side. Slightly tap paratha
with both hands to get fluffy paratha with layers.
