- Pori/Puffed Rice - 2 cups
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Roasted Gram - 1 tbsp
- Curry Leaves - 2 strands
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
Heat pan and add oil
Add cumin, curry leaves, roasted gram and crushed garlic
Add turmeric,chilly and pepper powder
Add Puffed rice and switch off the stove.
