- Tomato - 6
- Garlic - 1 bulb
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Sambar powder - 2 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Gingelly oil - 1 tsp
- Salt
Grind tomato to a paste. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, garlic
and fry till raw smell subsides. Add tomato paste, chilly powder,
sambar powder and allow to cook in medium flame till the
quantity reduces to half. Add salt to taste and switch off the stove.
Drizzle gingelly oil on top. Serve with idly or dosa
