Mushroom dosa, dosa filled with fried mushroom.

- Dosa Batter - 2 cups
- Mushroom - 1 cup
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Sambar powder / Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Cashew - 1 tbsp
- Gingely Oil - 1 tbsp
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Salt
Method:
- Heat pan, add ghee and fry chopped mushroom till water is absorbed and its dry
- Add pepper powder, sambar powder and cook for a min
- Add chopped cashew to mushroom masala and keep it aside
- Heat dosa tawa and spread dosa batter
- When its half cooked add oil on edges
- Spread mushroom masala to one half side of dosa.
- Fold dosa to half and cook both sides
- Serve hot with Chutney or sambar
