Mushroom Dosa

Mushroom dosa, dosa filled with fried mushroom.


Serves:2

Ingredients:

  • Dosa Batter - 2 cups
  • Mushroom - 1 cup
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Sambar powder / Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Cashew - 1 tbsp
  • Gingely Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Salt

Method:
  1. Heat pan, add ghee and fry chopped mushroom till water is absorbed and its dry
  2. Add pepper powder, sambar powder and cook for a min
  3. Add chopped cashew to mushroom masala and keep it aside
  4. Heat dosa tawa and spread dosa batter
  5. When its half cooked add oil on edges
  6. Spread mushroom masala to one half side of dosa.
  7. Fold dosa to half and cook both sides
  8. Serve hot with Chutney or sambar
