- Instant Idiyappam - 3 cups
- Lime - 1
- Mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Urad dhal - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 strand
- Hing - pinch
- Green chilly - 1
- Red chilly - 1
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt
Boil water and cook instant idiyappam as per packet instructions,
drain and rinse in cold water. Squeeze out water using paper towel
Heat pan, add oil, mustard, urad dhal, hing, curry leaves, slit green chilly,
red chilly and turmeric powder. Squeeze lime, add idiyappam and mix.
Add salt to taste.
