Ingredients:
- Potato small (yellow, pink and violet) - 1 each
- Carrot - 1
- Fresh Corn kernels- 1 cup
- Pineapple chunks- 1/2 cup
- Pomegranate kernels- 1/2 cup
- Apple - 1
- Raisins - 1 tbsp
- Sliced almonds - 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
- Jal jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
- Masala pori/Puffed rice - 1 cup
Method:
- Cut potato, carrot, pineapple and apple to small chunks
- Boil potato, carrot, corn (do not overcook) and drain water
- Mix boiled veggie with fresh cut fruits and masala pori
- You can prepare Masala pori at home or use store bought masala pori.
- Toss with chaat masala and Jal jeera powder
- Garnish with raisins and sliced almonds
- Serve immediately and enjoy
