- Coconut Grated - 1 cup
- Rice - 1 cup
- Red chilly - 3
- Urad dhal - 1 tsp
- Channa dhal - 1 tsp
- Mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
- Hing - pinch
- Curry leaves - 2 strands
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt
Cook rice and allow it to cool
Heat a pan, add oil,mustard seeds,urad dhal,channa dhal,red chilly
hing and curry leaves. Add grated coconut and allow it to cook for a min
Add cooked rice and salt to taste.
