Ingredients:
- Besan flour - 2 tsp
- Curd / Plain Yogurt - 1 cup
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Hing/Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 strand
- Cilantro - handful
- Red chilly - 1
- Green chilly - 2
- Mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Salt
In a bowl beat curd/yogurt and add besan flour, red chilly powder,
turmeric powder, hing, salt and mix it well. Heat pan, add
oil, mustard, red chilly, slit green chilly, curry leaves and
curd mix. Cook in low flame for couple of mins. Switch off
stove and add chopped cilantro. Serve with any roti/paratha.
