Spicy oven-roasted Okra

Ingredients:
  • Okra/Ladies finger - 1 lb
  • Besan flour - 1 tsp
  • Rice flour - 1 tsp
  • Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Corriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Chicken masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Olive oil - 2 tsp
  • Lime - 1/2
  • Salt

Method:



Wash and dry okra using paper towel. Cut edges and cut it into 1 inch pieces.
Grind ginger garlic to paste. Mix all powder, flour, ginger garlic paste, salt,
olive oil and lime juice and make it to paste. Coat paste evenly to cut okra
using a mixing bowl. In a baking sheet,  spread coated okra and broil it for
10-15 mins until the okra looks crispy. Bake it in oven at 240C for 10 mins
and broil again for 5 mins. Serve fried okra with Roti or Rice or as Appetizer
