Rava milk halwa known as 1:2:4:8 sweet, where Rava:Ghee:Sugar:Milk is added in ratio of 1:2:4:8. Here is the lighter version..

Ingredients:
- Rava - 1/4 cup
- Ghee - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Low fat Milk -2 cup
- Cashew - 5
- Raisins - few
- Mix rava, sugar and milk together
- Heat pan, add little ghee and rava mix
- Keep stirring constantly to avoid any lumps
- When rava is half cooked start adding ghee in steps
- Switch off stove when it curls and does not stick to pan
- Garnish with fried cashews and raisins
- Serve hot and enjoy
