Paneer sandwich, toasted torta sandwich roll stuffed with Paneer [Indian cottage cheese] masala served with Veggie Chips.

- Torta Sandwich roll - 2 (substitue with any Sandwich bread)
- Butter - 2 tsp
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Green chilly - 1
- Capsicum - 1/2
- Paneer - 1/4 packet (cubed 1 cm x 1 cm)
- Cilantro - 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Asafotieda - 1/2 tsp
- Amchoor powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
- Lime - 1/2
- Salad mix (Lettuce, carrot, cabbage) - 1/4 cup
Method:
- Add cubed paneer in boiling water for 5 mins to soften paneer
- Heat pan, add oil, chopped onion,chopped green chilly, ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell subsides
- Add chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder and cook till oil separates
- Add cubed paneer, amchoor powder, chaat masala, asafotieda, salt to taste and cook for 5 mins
- Switch off, add 1 tsp butter, chopped cilantro, squeeze lime and mix well
- Roast sandwich roll with 1 tsp butter till its golden brown on all sides
- Stuff sandwich with cooked paneer and lettuce mix
- Server hot and enjoy
