Tandoori Tofu served with yogurt mint dip. I used sprouted Extra firm tofu instead of regular tofu which is high in nutritious value, marinated in home-made tandoori marinade and grilled.

- Extra firm Tofu - 1/2 packet
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Lime juice - 1 tsp
- Cilantro (chopped) - 1 tsp
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly chicken masala - 1 tsp
- Kastoor methi - 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Food color - pinch
- Plain yogurt - 1 cup
- Mint - handful
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilly - 1
- Salt - to taste
- Squeeze out water from tofu and cut it into cubes
- Grind all ingredients except food color listed in marinade to fine paste using little water
- Mix food color to marinade and toss tofu to coat it with marinade on all sides
- Marinate it for 10 hrs for tofu to absorb the flavors
- Heat pan, spray oil on pan and grill tofu till it turns golden brown
- Finely chop mint, garlic and green chilly
- Beat yogurt and mix it with chopped ingredients
- Mix it with cumin powder and salt
