- Rava/Sojji - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1&1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1/2 cup
- Cashew -10
- Raisin - 10
- Cardamom - 1
Heat pan, add little ghee and fry cashew, raisin and keep it aside.
In same pan fry rava till nice aroma comes, add 2 cups of warm
water and stir it constantly to avoid lumps. When all the water is
observed add sugar and keep stirring till sugar dissolves.
Add powdered cardamom and switch off the stove. Garnish it with
fried cashews and raisins.
