Serves:4
Ingredients:
- Coarse rava/semolina/sooji - 1/2 cup
- Fine rava/semolina/sooji - 1/2 cup
- Sweetened Mango pulp - 1 cup
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Cardamom - 2
- Almond - 10
- Raisin - 10
Pre-heat oven : 375 deg C
Baking time: 30-40 mins
- Mix coarse rava, fine rava, sugar, baking powder and powdered cardamom
- Add 5 chopped almonds, melted butter, mango pulp and allow it to set for 10 mins
- Place ingredients in a greased cake pan and bake
- Bake till its cooked all the way inside (check with fork)
- Allow it to cool, remove from cake pan, cut into pieces
- Garnish with fried raisins, remaining almonds and serve
