- Pav - 8 slices
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Potato - 1
- Carrot - 1
- Capsicum - 1
- Green chilly - 2
- Green peas - 1/4 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Asafotieda - 1/2 tsp
- Amchoor powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala/pav bhaji masala - 1/2 tsp
- Food color - pinch (optional)
- Cilantro - handful
- Lime - 1
- Pressure cook potato, carrot, capsicum, green chilly with turmeric powder and water for 2 whistle
- When pressure is released, smash cooked veggies and keep aside
- Heat pan, add 1 tbsp butter, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell subsides
- Add chopped tomato, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder and cook till oil separates
- Add cooked veggies, boiled peas, amchoor powder, chaat masala, asafotieda, food color, salt to taste and cook for 5 mins
- Switch off, add 1 tbsp butter, chopped cilantro, squeeze lime and mix well
- Roast pav (available in Indian grocery/ bakery) with 1 tbsp butter till its golden brown on all sides
- Serve Pav with Bhaji and chopped onions
