Light and healthy snack that can be served with Ketchup or can be served as Burger patty.

Ingredients:
- Soya chunks - 15
- Garbanzo/Channa - 1 cup
- Green Chilly - 2
- Carrot - 1
- French Beans - 15
- Cilantro - handful
- Bread crumbs - 1 cup
- Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - pinch
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt
Cook Soya chunks in microwave for 10 mins and squeeze out water,
cook carrot and beans for couple of mins in microwave. Finely chop soya
chunks, carrot, beans, cooked garbanzo and cilantro using a chopper. Mix
chopped ingredients with cumin powder, red chilly powder, pepper powder,
garam masala, turmeric powder and salt. Divide it into equal size balls and
make it flat like burger patty, coat it with bread crumbs. Heat tawa, add olive
oil and grill patties until golden brown.
