Ingredients:
- Idly -4
- Onion -1
- Tomato -1
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Chilli chicken masala - 1 tbsp
- Curd/Yogurt - 1 cup
- Capsicum (red, green, yellow, orange) - 1/2 each
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Method:
- Mix ginger garlic paste and chilli chicken masala
- Cut idly into small pieces, toss with garlic-chilli masala and set aside for 15 mins
- Heat pan, add oil and shallow fry idly pieces till its crispy on all sides and keep aside
- Heat pan, add oil, chopped onion, tomato, cumin, coriander powder and fry for few mins
- Add beaten yogurt, salt to taste, switch off and keep the gravy aside
- Heat pan, add chopped capsicum, fry for a min and set aside
- Toss fried idly, tomato onion gravy and fried capsicum
- Serve hot with raita
