Serves: 6
Ingredients:
- White Onion - 1/2
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Carrot - 2
- Spring onion - 1/4 cup
- Celery - 3 stalk
- Mini Shell pasta - 1/2 cup
- Marinara sauce - 1 cup
- Pasta seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- Dry Basil - 1/2 tsp
- Garbanzo beans - 1 can or 1 cup soaked/cooked
- Kidney beans - 1 can or 1 cup soaked/cooked
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt
- Finely chopped garlic, onion, carrot, spring onion and celery
- In a pressure pan add water with chopped veggie and allow it to boil for 30 mins
- Wash garbanzo beans, kidney beans and add it to boiling soup
- Add marinara sauce, pasta seasoning, dry basil and salt to taste
- Close pan and cook for one whistle
- Open pan when pressure is released, add pasta and cook till it's soft
- Serve hot with grated cheese and any toasted bread of your choice
