Belgian Waffle
Belgian waffles are simple and easy to make. Its very light and crispy.
You can top it with fresh fruits, maple syrup and serve for breakfast
or top it with fresh fruits, ice-cream and serve as dessert. Here
is the breakfast version of Belgian waffle.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour/ pancake mix - 2 cups
Milk - 1-1/4 cup
Egg - 1
Oil - 2 tbsp
Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Fresh Berries (Optional) - 1/4 cup
Maple Syrup - 1/4 cup
Method:
Whisk all purpose flour, milk, egg and oil together. In waffle maker
spread butter, pour batter and cook till its golden brown. Dust powdered
sugar and fresh berries on top. Serve with maple syrup.
