Aloo Paratha

  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Potato - 2 
  • Peas - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilly - 2
  • Cilantro - handful
  • Ghee - 2 tsp
  • Salt 

Mix wheat flour,salt and water and knead it into a smooth dough
and set aside for 1 hr. Make small balls of wheat dough.
Boil Potato, allow it to cool and then mash it
Mix cut green chilly, cilantro and boiled peas to potato mixture
Make small balls of potato mixture
Roll Wheat ball to 3 or 4 inch diameter and place potato ball and wrap it like a dumpling
Repeat it for all the remaining wheat and potato balls
Set aside for 5 mins and then roll them to 9 inch diameter.
Heat a flat pan and cook the parathas on both sides.
Drizzle ghee on top of the parathas.

Tip: Use chopper or food processor to knead dough
