Mysore Masala Dosa

Ingredients: 
  • Dosa Batter - 4 cups
  • Tomato garlic chutney - 4 tsp
  • Potato - 2
  • Green chilly - 1
  • Red Onion - 1/2
  • Mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin - 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dhal - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 strand
  • Hing - pinch
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt

Method:

Heat pan, add oil, mustard, cumin, urad dhal,curry leaves, hing, finely
chopped onion and green chilly, fry till onion is cooked. Add boiled mashed
potato, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt to taste, cook for
few mins and switch off pan. Heat dosa tawa, add spread dosa batter,
when its half cooked, add oil on edges, spread 1/2 tsp of tomato garlic
chutney and spread potato mix to one half side of dosa. Fold dosa to half
and cook both sides, drizzle ghee or oil on edges.
