Ragi Porridge

Ingredients:
  • Ragi flower - 1 cup
  • Curd - 2 cup
  • Salt
Method:

Mix ragi flower with three cups of water.Heat pan and add ragi
mix and boil till ragi is cooked. Allow it to cool. Beat curd and
make it into buttermilk,add it to ragi mix. Add salt to taste.
Serve it with pickle or dry curd chilly(mormilakai)

Tip: Easy way to check if ragi is cooked - Dip a spoon in water and dip it into boiling ragi
mix, if ragi does not stick to the spoon it is cooked.
