Green Peas Sandwich

  • Boiled Green peas - 1 cup
  • Red onion - 1
  • Tomato - 3
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dhal - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilly Podwer - 1 tsp
  • Cilantro - handful
  • Butter - 1 tsp
  • Grated mozzarella cheese - handful
  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Salt


Heat pan, add oil, mustard, urad dhal, finely chopped
onion and tomato,chilly powder fry till oil separates.
Add boiled peas and one cup water, close it with glass lid
and cook till it thickens to a gravy consistency. Switch off
stove, add chopped cilantro and salt to taste.
Heat flat tawa/pan, add butter and bread slices of your choice
when its roast on one side, flip side, add butter and roast other side.
Spread peas gravy on one slice and some grated cheese on top.
Cover it with other bread slice and serve hot.
